THE PROBLEM 

Those looking to tutor young adults in building healthy habits need help with tools to assist with work/life balance, organization, accountability, and personal development.

 The Emotion Tracker and Health journal are mental health widgets that  are designed for users to  record and track how users feel, think and act using both  visual and written communication styles . 

The group is smiling, laughing, and possibly raising their hands or toasting to a shared success.

There are three physical health widgets designed to help reach and maintain your ideal physical state . The Coupon widget, workout resources widgets, and Meal Log widget.

The routines widget is designed to help user see their daily progress and  record how often they complete their daily task. 

Personal Badges

Keep track of your personal achievements with badges you recieve for meeting the milestones set. Being able to have a visual representation  helps users with accountability. Being able to share your achievements help users with personal development!

Understanding the user

Qualitative Research 

Primary User Research 

We interviewed people between the age of 18-54 years old, with backgrounds ranging from Coaches, young adults, students, and parents to  understand how we could meet their expectations of providing tools that help them consistently build healthy habits

To understand how we could meet the expectations of a diverse group of Adults looking to tutor younger individuals in building healthy habits and  to address any pain points they may experience

Mike wants a way to be intentional and consistent in building and maintaining healthy habits for himself and his athletes. In order to better reach his goals he would like tools that address his frustrations with building and maintaining  healthy habits

  • To be consistent and intentional

  • Help athletes maintain a schedule and set/ accomplish goals

  • Help athletes maintain healthy diet and to be able to afford food himself

  • Be  educated & disciplined so he can educate others
